Donald Trump hands out top jobs – here’s who will be in his cabinet

Donald Trump has started assembling his administration for a second term in the White House.

As of Monday, January 20, 2025, with the inauguration just one day away, preparations are underway for the president-elect’s team to step into their roles.

Throughout the campaign, Trump refrained from making definitive announcements about his appointments but often hinted at who he might select for key positions.

Many of the individuals chosen will need to face Senate scrutiny before their appointments are confirmed. Despite Republicans holding the majority, some of Trump’s picks could face opposition and potential blocking.
