Two children abandoned their ailing, wheelchair-bound father on the porch, leaving him to spend the night outside in the cold.

Peter Jackson, a 32-year-old man, lost his wife and was left to raise their twin children, Danielle and Michael, alone. Grief-stricken, Peter dedicated himself entirely to their care, working tirelessly as a skilled cabinetmaker to provide for them.
