On Tuesday, the co-hosts of *Fox News’s* “The Five” talked about how President Joe Biden is exiting office with a diminished mental state, leaving President-elect Donald Trump to inherit a troubled nation and global situation.
Greg Gutfeld and Jesse Watters humorously pointed out Biden’s struggles, even joking about his appearance at Jimmy Carter’s funeral. Gutfeld quipped, “Biden is in such bad shape, Jesse, that at the funeral, people were offering condolences to Dr. Jill.”
Watters added, “Trump left Biden a peaceful world, but now Biden’s leaving Trump with proxy wars, a crisis at the border, and a recent terror attack.” He criticized Biden’s leadership, noting that allies mocked him behind his back and rescheduled meetings to avoid him falling asleep.
Biden also increased gasoline prices by imposing sanctions on Russia late in his term. When asked why he waited, Biden said the sanctions would weaken Russia but acknowledged gas prices might rise slightly as a result.
Fox hosts also condemned Biden for commuting the sentence of Michael T. Conahan, a judge involved in the “kids for cash” scandal, along with granting pardons to non-violent offenders.
